My cal grant isnt showing up in my financial aid packet?

Im currently a freshman at CSULA and ive had to take out an unsubsidized loan because my cal grant didnt show up in my financial aid packet and i was depending on that to be able to pay for tuition. school started already and it still hasnt shown up on my financial aid packet. heres what my financial aid looks like:

my efc is 4k. i was awarded cal grant b according to webgrants.

Did you speak to financial aid?

Usually, it shows up in your portal. They wait for the funding, and then you sign it off when the school receives it.

If it didn’t show up in your award letter, you may not have it. If you used up most of your money at the CC, that may be a problem.
Go to Financial aid and ask. We don’t know. Mistakes do happen.
