my chances at cornell

hi ppl im an argentinean history student looking for a postgraduate degree in human resources
i have some serious doubts.

1-are postgraduate admissions rates a little bit higher than the undergraduate ones
2- in my country, highschool records arent really that important. do u guys know if your highschool activities are considered for postgraduate programs, even after getting a history major?
3-i have very good degrees in my career, probably im gonna finish with an overall career average of 90/100 to 93.5/100
4- i attended a bilingual school (no problems with english toefl should be a formality)
5- as extracurriculars im learning french (should be fairly solid when i try to apply univ) and i do a lot of sports :tennis (since 15 years old).
planning to join an academic group of study
6-3 years of experience in administrative tasks at family enterprise (pharmacy)
7-italian and argentinean citizenship
8-no need of financial aid
should that be ok or still deficient??
pd: its really important for me to know if theres a difference of admission rates between undergraduate and posgraduate programs
