Ok, this is a semi-complicated matter, so I’ll try to go slowly.
Throughout my entire academic career, my teachers have always told my parents, that I had god given intellect, but that I refused to apply it to my homework, never doing it ever. This was evident that I was always in the top 5 percentile in all of my standardized tests, besides writing (nobody’s perfect haha). Anyway, I always did great on tests, but because I felt entitled due to my intellect, I absolutely refused to do homework, because I understood the topic without extra reinforcement. This had a very huge impact on my grades, now that I realized that colleges won’t see my “smarts” on paper, I decided beginning of last year to do all my work. My freshman year I had mostly Mid-Bs, but I was always the “smartest person in the class”, as arrogant as that sounds. My sophomore year, last year, my grades had a noticeable improvement to mid-high 90s in the middle of the year. This year, junior year, I am regarded by my “ex-surgeon, med school and college professor turned anatomy & physiology teacher” that I was the most gifted student he had ever seen, which is proven by my being the highest grade in his class, beating out the current valedictorian of the senior class. However my GPA is still a meager 3.0, while my SAT is about a 1950. Only ECA is Wrestling, junior varsity because I’m stuck behind 2 district champs

does bump work?

Forget NJIT, you have the potential to get to Rutgers New Brunswick if you’re in NJ.

That said… you’re going to need to improve your ECs. If I were you I’d do two or three of the following:
Volunteer at one or two places
See if any internships are available
Get a job
Join ECs senior year and exaggerate them

You still have time to improve even further. Good job beating your valedictorian though.

Cheese burgers

Also maybe Clarkson (NY) and Drexel ¶. Best of luck!
