My chances at top schools

Im a white male (ouch bad start) from middle of missouri. I go to a public school of about 1500 kids. I am ranked 1 out of about 350 kids with a 4.0 uw and 5.0 weighted. My scores are fairly weak with a 1350 on sat (760m590v) me is the suck at the english. I have taken a pretty tough course load all 4 years and have alot of activities. Play lacrosse (started the team) did competive gymnastics for 12 years and was team captain, president of our boys service club, founding member of a political club, active in my church praise band and youth. my sat2s are not good but i am taking them again in december and the act in december. I have big dreams about schools and here is my list of schools that im applying to:
Stanford(i know very small chance but thought i might as well try)
Darthmouth
Brown(my dad went there but never got a degree)
UC Berk. (#1 choice also small chance)
Duke
Some safty schools open to suggestions i wana be on the west cost but east is cool to just not midwest so i have thought of u of washington where my bro goes and maybe UC SC

And i almost frogot my biggest application padder- i won the regional science and engineering fair and went to the intel science and engineering fair in portland my junior year

wow that was long
sorry for spelling mistakes and grammer errors

chances that bad?

if you bring up your sat verbal to like a 700 and get good sat IIs and/or get at least a 32 on your ACT, you will have a very decent chance at all those schools in my opinion

Yeah, I think SAT’s the only problem. But then again, you can never tell with these top universities - they’re never ‘safeties’ for anyone.

yea i guess i mean safer because right now my list is pretty much a toss up list

Might want to look at some eastern colleges such as Holy Cross, Bucknell, or Trinity. Each school should be a match and all have lacrosse programs. Holy Cross has best location only 1 hour from Boston,.

thanks but im not planning on playing competive lacrosse in college i have only been playing for 2 years so im not good enough for college lacrosse

ucb looks good…

Everything looks great except the SAT score. That’s not to say that you won’t get in to these schools. I think 1400 makes you extremely competitive, so if you can just get the verbal up to about a 650, I would at least be fairly confident.

to late already took sat again and i stayed same in verbal and did worse in math somehow
