My Chances? (Chance Back)

I am a rising sophomore. I want my chances to Harvard, Stanford, Yale, Princeton, Cornell, UMass, and Boston College.

Female/White

At the community college I have taken (They only do letters, no + or -):

Statistics: B
Comp 1: A
Comp 2: A
Government: A
Sociology: A

GPA at college: 3.65
GPA high school: 4.0

Not sure what it makes my GPA.

I am homeschooled, but all my classes are accredited.

I have taken classes from EPGY for Algebra 1 & 2. Then also one year of English.

I took the ACT in 7th grade, and got a 20. I haven’t taken it again.

No APs yet.

I will do high school swim team in the fall, but did not do it freshman year. It will be my 8th year.

I have been a girl scout for 8 years. I will be going for my gold award.

I will be volunteering at a hospital this fall.

What do you think my chances are?

What else should I be doing?

It is way to too early to tell your chances for a school because you only have spent one year in high school, have no tests scores, and have only taken like five classes. To get into most of the schools you are aiming for, you need to be nearly perfect. It takes excellent grades, a rigorous course load, amazing test scores, and astounding extracurriculars. So, study for the act and sat, do really well on them. Keep up with your extracurriculars, and make sure they have a common focus. Take difficult classes, and get good grades. Maybe you should come back in two years, because people could chance you a lot better then with more information. Best of luck.

You should check out [College Admission Chances | My Chances.net - College admissions predictions.](http://■■■■■■/FWl5i) It tells you your percent chance of getting into any college based on custom algorithms and the results from over 30,000 other students. it’s a good resource to help you see where you need to go to get into your top schools and to know what really constitutes a safety, reach, and match for you based on your personal background information. apparently the predictions are much better than they were a couple years back, they have 90% accuracy.
