My chances of transferring to Texas A&M from HCC

I am really nervous about my chances of getting accepted to A&M as a transfer student. I have just enrolled into Houston Community College and I want a Bachelors in Psychology ( so the branch of liberal arts) and my classes are based off of the courses TX A&M requires for you to take before you transfer. I graduated from high school in the top 15% with a GPA of 3.6 and I had over 200 service hours and I was in a few honor societies and such. I also received a few awards for my photography and art work. My SAT score was low (1000-1100) and I didn’t take the ACT. When I applied to A&M I got offered the PSA Program but couldn’t accept due to family issues. I did get accepted to Blinn as well as the A&M campuses at Corpus Christi and Kingsville. Any advise? What are my chances of getting accepted? ( I plan on submitting an application for Fall 2019 but in case I don’t get accepted I can try again after I get my associates)

If you keep your grades up at community college, you should be fine. A college track record is worth a lot more weight than high school. The more college track record you have, the less your SAT matters. After you have 30 college hours completed, you don’t even have to submit your SAT score.
