one of the most competitive high schools in the state.
Highest composite SAT: 1400 (690v 710m) (I am retaking the SAT once more in January)
SAT IIs: U.S History: 800, Biology: 680, Chemistry: 730, Writing: 740, Math IIC: 650
Awards:
3rd place state science fair
1st place in behavioral and science category at local school science fair
national history day “archival award” for research paper at regionals in-state.
national honors society (grade 12)
AP scholar (I don’t know how much this is worth)</p>

<p>ECs:
-co-founder and co-president of the south asian club

  • computer literacy center community service, and lots of other community service
  • model UN team (senior year only though)
  • National student leadership conference on international diplomacy
  • indian-american political forum intern
    -study-abroad freshman year
  • Hindi-language instructor at camps
  • Indian classical dance (Odissi) last 8 years
    -Indian classical music (vocal) last 8 years
    -lab research on science project at the Yale School of Medicine on stress</p>

<p>RECs: excellent, also three or four supplemental recommendations
Essays: pretty good from feedback</p>

<p>what are my chances at wellesley? I really like the school but i live in MA.</p>

<p>I think that you should send in a videotape of your dancing/singing as your art supplement. It’ll be a great asset to your application.</p>
