My chances

Here are my stats… I am an Asian international student… and studying highschool in Thailand … I am applying to computer science

GPA: 3.1
Sat: Math 800 Crit reading 500 Writing 500

Alot of ECs… and community services… alot of acadmic awards…

And I am applying before novermber 15… (If i am applying online… does the transcript by the counselor have to be reached by november 15?)

I am also an US citizen… it is easier for me to apply as a domestic student or as an international student?

As it relates to decisions for admission, UIUC uses the same criteria for Illinois, other US, and international students; i.e., you do not need to have a higher class rank/test score than an Illinois resident. As to applying as a US citizen or not, be aware that if you need any financial aid, you better apply as a US citizen because internationals get no need based aid. As for your chances for admission, your GPA appears very low and test score is low for computer science so UIUC is a reach. The November 15 priority date is the date by which you are supposed to have all materials postmarked.
