What are my chances at Stanford?

You have a good of a chance as the majority of the people who apply. But some things that may hurt you are your test scores. Your SAT II scores are a bit on the low side, especially the Math IIC. You still have a very good chance if you wrote stellar essays. If your teacher recs complement your personality and give them a glimpse of your life and you tried your best on those essays, you should be fine.
