My own take:
I think I’m a pecuilar case. I have a mediocre GPA and if you saw my full transcript, you would see some odd situations (an A in AP European History to a really bad grade in Anatomy/Physiology, for example). My test scores are probably good enough for those schools and hopefully they are rising. My extras probably aren’t so impressive, but I know I can get some good recommendations. So basically, I’m just unsure about my chances. I would rank them in order of my chances as: 1. Arizona 2. Hofstra 3. American 4. Texas 5. Miami. I am interested in double majoring in a type of business and radio/television/film (also called media arts, visual media or visual communication) and possible minor in Jewish studies. I will need financial aid but not sure how much. And I am applying to as many scholarships I can find that I’m eligible for. So what are my chances?
