<p>I want to know my chances of getting accepted into UCLA. My unweighted GPA is between 3.6 and 3.7. In my junior year, I took 3 AP courses and 1 honors course. I have been in Symphonic Band, Cross Country, and Track since my Freshman year. I also won the chess tournament in my junior year. I have a little more than 150 hours of volunteer work. I still have time to work on my SAT II’s and SAT I. Assuming that I score 750’s on my top two SAT II’s and a 2100 on my SAT I, what are my chances for acceptance? Is there any more I could do to improve my chances? Will a great college essay help? Will the fact that I have shown great improvements on my grades since Freshman year help at all?</p>
