<p>I, like many people around the country i procrastinated and ended up spending 3 hours attempting my app online. (I had a good excuse I was working) unfortunatly it did not work so I printed out the paper app and filled it out. Unfortunatly I am unsure if the app had to be in by 1.Nov or postmarked. does anyone know.</p>

<p>Adobe Acrobat Pro 8 automatically scans for fields and generates the forms. Slick stuff.</p>
<p>I just like doing it on paper because I’m paranoid something will go wrong on the internet. It’s also a lot easier to proofread. Plus, I have more control over how my essays look.</p>
