My financial aid appeal expired. Would this ruin my eligibility at the school I transfer to?

To make a long story short, I lost my financial aid for not meet SAP requirements some years ago. I submitted an appeal and was given forgiveness. However, I didn’t complete my education plan as promised in my appeal. I changed my major to one that is much more lengthy. I didn’t understand the conditions of the appeal. No one to blame but myself.

My academic standards at my current school is in good standings. As of now, I’m paying out of pocket. My only problem is that I’m set to transfer to a public university(I’m currently attending a community college).

Questions

Would my financial aid past factor into my eligibility at the university I transfer to?

I think it’ll depend on the new school’s SAP if you can get financial aid

Do you think it would be a major problem?
