My first essays...any takers? (UC's)

<p>Hey all,</p>

<p>Longtime CC reader, first time poster. It is an assignment for my AP Lit class to write both of the UC essays. They didn’t give us much guidance in class, so I’ve been divulging info online and slapped together two essays. I’m not sure how I feel about them…I think I wrote them how they are supposed to be done. One is on an experience I had while lifeguarding this summer, while another was on viewing my uncle’s Space Shuttle launch.</p>

<p>Anyway, is there anyone here that would like to take a crack at them and give me some feedback/criticism? Thanks in advance!</p>

<p>I’d rather have some college students/adults read it rather then send it to other HS students, it’s not that I don’t trust you; just wary of plagiarism.</p>
