<p>hi guys, what type of college should i be pursuing…i live in illinois but am willing to go to other states…i want to be a doctor</p>

<p>my gpa: 5.5 (weighted)…(5.0) weighted…school goes on 5.0 scale</p>

<p>ACT: 31 (only took it once…first time)</p>

<p>SAT: ??? didn’t take it</p>

<p>Class rank: 16/706…top 2%</p>

<p>current EC: mu alpha theta, spanish honors society, national honors society, peer helpers, spanish club, ISA</p>

<p>current volunteer: math tutoring and at a nursing home and religious group</p>

<p>Classes by end of senior year:</p>

<p>English 1,2,3,4
Spanish 1,2, 3 Honors, 4 Honors, 5 AP
Geometry Honors, ICA honors, Precalc honors, calc AP BC
Bio honors, chem honors, physics honors, ap chem, ap bio, anatomy, biotech
contemp world hist, world hist, ap us hist, psych ap
keyboarding, business, speech…</p>

<p>im only a junior rite now…so what type of college should i be thinking about? do u think i can get into northwestern or UIC. i still have time to build my application…thanks for ur imput :)</p>

<p>Some others to possibliy consider are Vanderbilt, Michigan, Rochester, NYU and Cornell. Best of luck!</p>

<p>unholy_ender…keyboarding just a elective. it’s actually called “technology essentials and keyboarding”. u basically learn how to type super fast…</p>
