My Own Near Death Exp. Please critic first time essay

<p>Hello all, well it’s that time coming around when we are all looking to apply. I’m looking for some critics on my essay, most of which I’m hoping are graduated seniors by now that have already been accepted so you guys will have some idea on what I need to work on.</p>

<p>I know I need to cut it down, but as it is this is just my first shot, and I want to see what I need to improve on naturally before nitpicking myself.</p>

<p>I’m ready to pm it to anyone willing :), and when I say its long I mean like a little over 700 words not like 2000 :).</p>

<p>Glad to hear it-- and congrats! I did not want to insult you, but it was worth mentioning that there’s more of a risk when you trust new users with your personal essay as opposed to people with high post counts</p>

<p>I am just very bored at work this summer as they have nothing for me to do. So, I’ve started looking around CC since it’s not stressful anymore comparing myself to others =P</p>
