<p>No they did not. I’m going to send in a new copy again with my parents’ signatures. But what shall I say on the cover sheet? like “A 2009 tax return was already sent two days ago, but it didn’t have my parents’ signatures. This new copy is now signed both of my parents…”?</p>

<p>I would just write “SIGNED copy” and underline the word signed. Brief and to the point is best. Good luck!</p>
