Is there a reason you are doing all of this?

Yes, to “increase my cognitive performance, raise my the non-hereditary aspect of my IQ, ultimately increase my academic performance.”

Well, I realize that. I meant is there a reason you need to “increase cognitive performance”. Are you doing poorly in school?

Mozart is so clich

I think any music that would relax and put you in your comfort zone would do equally well. Thanks for these tips nonetheless.

Actually, I’m doing quite well. I’m currently one class shy of being a straight-A student.

I just think that most kids my age and even younger are not utilizing their brain’s full potential because of compromises in regular sleep, a superior diet, excercise, and execution of daily brain exercises.

I want to be above my classmates in cognitive performance, raising my academic performance.

Haha all this is very admirable, but how much time are you spending on establishing meaningful relationships and building character? If you’re spending as much time doing those two things as you are on improving your academic performance and health, I congratulate you and wish you all the best. If not… it would be a shame for you to turn into a lean, muscular, intelligent, immoral, forlorn, desolate, 120 year old hermit, wouldn’t it? :)
