<p>My phone line has been disconnected… not by the phone company or anything but my dad from either within or outside the house such as you would often see in horror movies. I need to know how to locate the “phone box” or such if there is one and to connect the phone line again. If anyone can help me that would be great!</p>
<p>Don’t you hate it … i hate when parents do this, they think disconnecting the internet or the phone or the TV will make us “bad kids” good again … but it’s a really stupid idea, and just makes everyone much more angry … if any parents are reading this, please realize that disconnecting stuff is really senseless and won’t help the “problem”.
Now that I got that outta my system, I’m sorry to say but i don’t know how to exactly reconnect the phone … all of our electrical stuff is in the back shed, um, you probably already made your important call by now, but i guess … you should just use someone’s cell till he reconnects it, he can’t keep it off forever … sorry i wasn’t much help.</p>
<p>there should be a phone box outside of your house somewhere…it is usually on a wall and labeled as 'telephone" or something similar…and within that box, there are switches that controls the telephone lines within the house…</p>
<p>Is this box easy to open? Or is it like locked or something?</p>
<p>it depends on your house…but most likely, it would be easy to open…you may need a screw driver if there is rust commulating on the side…</p>
<p>This is exactly why I don’t have a home phone. Cell phones are the only way to go!</p>
