I’m perilously close to that point already:rollyeyes:

And with good reason, teri—I meant it. My "Not! was an appendage to “Oh boy, I can’t wait…!”, which was a sarcastic appendage to my lament about voters feeling angry and psychologically battered by election day.

I’ve had 5-6 Geek Squad guys over the course of today installing a home audio/flat screen TV system (they’ll have to finish tomorrow), and I keep getting interrupted with questions, so I start reading a post, get interrupted, think I’ve finished reading it, and respond. I began reading the OP, sensing you were building up to something that you were really looking forward to, got distracted, and bought it.

teriwitt, I’m not sure that I’ve made myself clear. I was not trying to pull the wool over your eyes. I meant everything I wrote in my post.:)

Why did CNN start showing results before all the polls closed in Indiana??

So much for my predictions—:o. Well one thing that’s certain: This slug-fest is going all the way to The Convention. Oh joy:rolleyes:

Obama wins NC. Must be a BIG margin if they’re calling it as the polls close.

Mamma 4 Obama!!!

!!!Thank you North Carolina!!!

Looks like she’s going to clobber him in Indiana, though.

Well, it’s off to the Y for me. One hour of cardio…maybe more. I’ll check back in at around 10:30 est. Carry on…:D

Obama wins NC, Clinton wins IN

…and it continues…

On to West Virginia

7:47 p.m. | Hoosiers Weighing In: With 21 percent of Indiana reporting, Mrs. Clinton is leading with 57 percent to 43 percent. But the big urban centers, including Indianapolis and Gary, have yet to report, so this early read is meaningless.

Has IND called for Clinton?

Not yet 1234

He will win more of the popular vote and more delegates, no matter what happens in Indiana. Still too close to call there. She will probably win, but it may not be a “clobbering”…:o

Celtic a judge ordered some Indiana polls I think in 2 counties to stay open later, so it may be awhile for any prediction. with 11% in Obama in 30 percentage points ahead of Clinton in N Carolina

Last Friday (May 2), Hillary said, “This primary election on Tuesday is a game changer. This is going to make a huge difference in what happens going forward. The entire country – probably even a lot of the world is looking to see what North Carolina decides.” (abc news)

I wonder if tomorrow it will still be a game changer or if the game will change ??

Since this is college confidential, I have an honest question about, um college. According to exit polling from the past few races and even today’s, HRC ‘clobbers’ <word of=“” the=“” day=“” ;)=“”> Obama in the working class, non-college grad demographic. Even though she is Wellesley/Yale grad, 109 mil personal wealth, has 2 mansions, how does she square that with voters? </word>

Obama is now locked in to be the Democratic nominee, Hillary’ rode is very tough. A hisorical night. :)

Who would have imagined 5 years ago that a color person would lead to as a candidate for the presidency. Sweet part is that nomination come from south.

Let us not fight among our selves and respect the voters decision.

It’s over. But it was over weeks ago. Only the media needed something to write about.

Now, it’s just a question of how much damage she can inflict on herself.

Celtic,
Maybe it squares with the working class voters because they remember a better economy under Clinton. They also may understand that to beat the Republicans she needs a boat load of money.
