<p>Ok… here’s my rant. I was the school nominee for the Robert C. Byrd and in NC it’s totally based on GPA, Rank and SAT. Well… it came back to the counselor’s office saying “insufficient postage” bah!! I despise office interns!</p>
<p>I don’t blame you for being ticked off… But congrats on the nomination - is that how the RB’s are determined - school chooses?</p>
<p>The school nominates and then the state office goes by straight stats</p>
