<p>Does anyone know exactly who bought out My Rich Uncle? They failed to send me an e-mail telling me who I can now send my payments to. They were unfortunately my last resort for a loan and now I’m not sure what to do.</p>

<p>If the loan was a Stafford or Parent PLUS loan, you can check your NSLDS (National Student Loan Data System) report to see who is currently holding your loan note. <p>Have your payments been returned? If not, I would continue sending them to the last address you were provided so you don’t inadvertently miss a payment.</p>

<p>unfortunately, it looks like they’re not going away nicely…i guess that’s what chapter 7 does to you</p>

<p>if everything else fails, you could call an accountant…or another loan company and see what they say</p>
