My SAT and ACT Scores Are Stuck?

I’m a junior. Freshman year I took the ACT and got a 28. I took it 2 weeks ago and my score today (2 years later) was a 30. My PSAT score from this year was also a 197. Which means my SAT would be around a 1970. That is pretty much equivalent to my ACT score if you convert it. It seems that my scores are “stuck.” I can’t seem to break 2000 on the SAT, and 32 on the ACT. Any advice on how to get my goal score of a 34 on the ACT and at least a 2200 on the SAT? I take the SAT March 8th, and the ACT again in June.

Any and all tips and advice on how to get my score up would be very appreciated! :)

Also, are my scores good enough for the Ivy League? (My top are Harvard, Columbia, UPENN, and -not an Ivy- Johns Hopkins)

P.S. I’m 1st in my class, varsity athlete, founder of a club, do summer medical internships, really involved, etc, since I know scores are just one part.
