My Schedule

After getting my AP scores, I had to get rid of Math 102 and am on the wait list for Math 32, but I filled up my schedule. Any pointers or thoughts?

HISTORY 111G - MODERN AMERICA 1.0
01 M W F 3:05 PM-3:55 PM
POLSCI 117 - GOV/POL:SEL COUNTRY(TOP) 1.0

WRITING 20 - ACADEMIC WRITING 1.0
58 Tu Th 11:40 AM-12:55 PM
Topic: WRITING RELIGION AND POLITICS

Also, my Tu and Th 134B is in Perkins and my Writing 20 is in Friedl just 20 minutes later. Will I have enough time to get there?

What are you majoring in? History, PolySci, Pubpol, or Econ?

Your schedule looks really good… no classes before 10 AM, time for lunch everyday, done before 4 PM, almost no class on Mondays. Enjoy the semester.

What/where is Friedl?

I wanted to double major in econ and history.

Also, I looked up Friedl and apparently that is the new name for Science Building/art museum on east campus.

Unless Friedl is really, really far away from the bus-stop on East (I’ve never heard of this new building before) you should have time in 20 minutes to get there. Perkins is basically right next to the bus stop, and unless you miss 2 consecutive C-1s (which I’ve done before around 3:30 but you shouldn’t have that problem around 11:30) you should get to East in 12-15 minutes. Then its just a matter of walking to “Friedl,” so you probably won’t have time to go home, but you may have time to grab lunch if you run, run, run.

Great, thats good to know, and the Friedl building is right nest to the bus stop as well.

They named that building Friedl?!? The one next to Aycock?

That’s what the map says. There is an article one it. [Renovated Humanities Building Named after Ernestine Friedl](http://news.duke.edu/2008/02/friedl.html)
