I hereby swear that I will never take the ACT again as long as I live and will abstain from all stanardized tests from now on.* I swear that I will be immensely pleased with my scores from today’s ACT.

With exceptions of the SAT in May, GRE after college, and PRAXIS or whatever professional exams teachers will be taking at the time I enter the workforce.

Then you have already killed the oath. At least you are trying to avoid the typical CC attitude towards standardized tests, which is to take them as many times as possible to get as close to perfect score as desired.

So therefore you want to become a teacher and hold it as your profession? Interesting-I did not realize that teaching as a major was continued in graduate schools.

if you want to get paid anything, you should have a graduate degree. some states require masters’ degree.

some universities no longer offer education degrees for secondary ed teachers (i.e., English Education) Instead, i’ll major in english and get grad degrees in education.
