<p>So I finally decided a few days ago to attend Syracuse. I was trying to create a proxy account so my mom could sign the admissions form. When I try to make her account I get a message about a SQL error. I thought it was an issue with my netbook so I tried again on the desktop and it still failed. Is anyone else having this problem? Is there anything I can do to fix this problem?</p>
<p>I had the same problem with the SQL error. Nothing has to be fixed, just call syracuse IT help and they will guide you step by step.</p>
