<p>I’m homeschooled through the PA Homeschoolers Accreditation Agency and I had my homeschool evaluator sign the NACAC fee waiver as my counselor. The problem is, PHAA doesn’t provide any sort of stamp or seal to its evaluators. Do you think colleges will still accept the form? It wouldn’t make sense to have the local high school stamp it because my evaluator is not affiliated with them.</p>
