Name a few colleges

I am interested in business, so business economics offered at a college would be nice. But I have a 3.0 gpa. No test scores. Any southern schools that are small that would be a match. Money is not a concern. Thanks to those with input.

At most schools business/economics is anything but a surefire way to get a high paying job. Do it if you love the major, but there are plenty of business opportunities, and plenty of MBA opportunities, for students who don’t major in business or econ.

That being said, here are some colleges where only 50-75% of students have a 3.0 or higher GPA, and are considered small-medium schools, that have an economics degree:

Alcorn State
Grand Canyon University (it’s a decent school in Phoenix, where lots of kids go who don’t like ASU in Tempe).
Marymount University
New Mexico State
Prescott College (in Prescott, AZ: featured as a “hidden gem”)
Newberry College
St. John’s College in New Mexico
University of Mississippi
Thomas More College
Wayland Baptist

I just did a quick collegeboard search: if you did it yourself, you’d be sure to find more matches and explore some other options. The only schools I actually know much about are Grand Canyon, Prescott, and New Mexico State. I’ve been to GCU’s campus, and have heard/read about NMS and Prescott College.
