There are no documented public Ivies.

Can you find me marketing materials from a university that markets themselves as a “Public Ivy”?

Well, I’ve been on lots of college tours with D21 and D18 in recent years and not one tour guide or campus representative mentioned the term “Public Ivy.”
But if and when you find a university’s marketing themselves with those words, then please let me know.
