I just got my scores in, and my school is pretty dumb because I got the 5th highest score with only a 92 Percentile and 188 S.I, but I was the only “Black” kid in the group. I don’t want to get my hopes up, but can anyone give me a realistic estimate on my chances at receiving the [forgot the word/phrase] next year?

Thank you in advance.

*I am in Florida, if that makes any difference

Thanks. I find out this week how well I did compared to everyone in my state (which, sorry to say, but I’m hoping did pretty bad since we’re about as far south as it gets).

Well I don’t want to get my hopes up for nothing, but I just got a letter from Carleton College, and I was about to throw it away, but I opened it and the first line said something like “Your PSAT scores and high school record lead us to believe that you may receive recognition in the National Achievement Scholarship Program”.

Does this mean that I’ve qualified and the college board gave them my info?
