Dunkin French Vanilla, made for me by my H. We boil water in the microwave and he uses a strainer to make my coffee with half the water and his tea with the other half. I use half and half and 2 splenda.
techmom, if this is how you brew your beverages, a Breville or any Schott Duran glass-lined electric tea kettle would be a great little appliance to add to your kitchen. Auto shut off and perfect brewing temperature every time.
The above is a different variety mix than the one I mentioned in post #7, but also has a discount code show below in honor of Coffee Day
This Maud’s Blends Variety Pack falls to $27 when you use exclusive code COFFEEDAY10 during checkout. Shipping is free. The discounted offer breaks down to less than $0.34 per cup!
No coffee but made some green tea in my tea kettle.
Tea
Nonbrand mocha out of home Keurig. With Trader Joe’s soy creamer. Light and mild.
Vietnamese coffee. I’m wired.
~O) :D/
My usual - 2 skim hazelnut lattes, only one pump of hazelnut, and currently using Lavazza beans. I can only use non-oily beans.
I’m not into flavored fancy coffee. I have my usual Green Mountain Dark Magic K-cup. With half and half. Yum.
My kitchen is under construction but the electric kettle sounds very nice and I am going to google it and add it to my wish list. Until then, I have to rely on the microwave, which is in the den and which makes a suprisingly good cup of coffee.
Drank my usual - 2 cups of coffee brewed at home in my Keurig with a small bti of 1% lasctose free milk.
Every day is Coffee Day for me!
I don’t pretend to be a coffee connoisseur. I’ve only been drinking coffee (usually 1 cup a day) a couple of years.
The Starbucks maple pecan coffee was quite good! Only a slight sweetness and just some foam, not multiple squirts of whipped cream.
Well, I went to Teavana today and bought one of their drop-bottom tea brewing jugs. And some herbal teas for drinking with dinner. No coffee for me after 3 pm!
The jug ROCKS.
Thanks for the review @abasket, I’ll have to try one next time I’m at Starbucks
I have one of those tea brewers @BunsenBurner. Game changer.
I have a relative who invented a gizmo for coffee machines used in serious coffee shops. People who work in these places would recognize his name. His favorite coffee is 49th Parallel (from Vancouver), which is what I buy (have it shipped). If I run out, I will buy George Howell Coffee (which I get at Whole Foods).
I’m not a big fan of the Keurig. I often stop for a decaf latte at our local coffeehouse - not as cheap as DD or Wawa but I like to support the local businesses and it truly tastes way better from locally roasted beans
