I do not know if he received anything from Penn State. I think if the school not on his list he does not read it right away or at all.
We are in St Louis and my daughter has not received hers yet. Is it small enough to go in the mail box?
It is a letter-sized envelope. It is not heavy duty paper, so it can be bent … which is exactly what our mail carrier did: bent the envelope to fit into our mailbox. Not happy about it, but at least they didn’t put a permanent crease on the document.

@Tigerkat I wouldn’t worry. I’m in Maryland and we haven’t received the certificate yet, either.
Reading a thread from last year it seems like there was a wide range of dates from when individuals received there certificates.
My son received his certificate today in Southern California. Very plain 8 1/2 x 11” white envelope with return address “College Board”. Good luck all!!
