<p>Today I got a letter from a relative asking for money to support her at the NATIONAL LEADERS STATE CONFERENCE which she described as an opportunity to meet leaders, learn skills etc.
It sounds like something I threw away in the past when my D. was invited.
Is it a rip off? The price was $1700.</p>
<p>I called my relatives to warn them of the possiblitiy but they said they called state leaders and it was a wonderful program.
Thoughts?</p>
