National Merit Commended

Well, I did put my “Commended” status on my ED app but now I’m not really sure if I am really Commended because I never really asked my counselor…
I got an index score of 203 on the last October’s PSAT and did get a letter
regarding National Merit Scholarship and stuff. (mom threw this letter away for some reason lol)

I don’t wanna get in trouble by putting false information on my app… What do you guys think? (I’m from Texas… I believe the semifinalist cutoff was 216)

<p>Relax. You are “Commended”. There is only one cutoff number Commended status for the entire nation. I think this year it was 201. So you made it. Congrats!</p>
