National Merit: Do we have to send scores?

<p>For those who qualified for NM…I think that tomorrow is the deadline for sending your scores to 2 schools. Is this required? Or can you still get NM status without sending them?</p>

<p>If I recall correctly, you’re not required to send them.</p>

<p>As far as I know, there isn’t any requirement to send scores. I think the letter said something along the lines of “if you would like…”</p>

<p>It’s just to show interest, it’s not necessary at all. All the schools will know from the letter is that you made > 200 on the PSAT (commended status).</p>
