<p>If the general cut off in Arkansas is 202 and i got a 203, what are my chances for being selected as a semi-finalist?</p>

<p>Unless I don’t understand the question. You made the cut-off, so why wouldn’t you be selected?</p>

<p>I think almost everyone gets from Semi to Final that applies. It’s winning that’s hard?</p>

<p>As long as you make the cut-off for semi-finalist you just have to write an essay and mail it to them and you can be a finalist. (or so I think)</p>

<p>Don’t take my word for it though.</p>
