<p>IF they said 15 April notice??? My guess is that’s when letters will be dropped. NOT when they anticipate candidates will receive them. It’ll be snail mail, guaranteed. It’s time to pray for big yellow envelopes w/ cool blue folders w/ a love letter from Admiral Fowler…
