My son’s is gone from the top, too. Maybe some grad student in computer science is hacking portals to mess with us! I’m totally kidding-it just sucks that every change makes us analyze and freak out. 
Any chance decisions come out today?

That would be SO nice! Today two years ago is when my older son got his acceptance from State, and it was a Monday! We were so surprised!
The decision has been made, just through a different portal. The My Pack portal notes a deposit now due. “Please pay $300 for your Advanced Enrollment Deposit” and also says, “congratulations on your admissions to NC State University and we are happy you have decided to join the Wolfpack”. If he were not accepted, this wouldnt be setup. This is a “backchannel” so to speak, but the official announcement should come soon through WolfPaws. So excited! He worked so hard for this.

@samjam some get one sent to them by the university. if you didn’t recieve one, just search other threads for unity id and you should be able to get it. sorry not much help

I looked it up and it’s supposed to be first initial, middle initial, first 6 letters of last name @ncsu.edu and password is last 4 of student id plus birth month, birth day. But it doesn’t work for my son, so maybe he didn’t get in. 
@ACatSLP My daughter was accepted in December (Park semi finalist) and hers is not the same as what is posted above at all. Now she has a common last name so that might have influenced it but I would wait for results first.
The unity id hack thing didn’t work for me 
but NCSU was a major reach for me. Did the unity id trick or whatever work for anyone else?
Tried but didn’t work for me. It was a reach school also so I would be highly surprised if she was accepted.
If you go here https://directory.ncsu.edu/directory/ can you pull up his name in the directory? I heard this was another way of checking
Everyone try not to read into the unity hack or the directory (as my DD was accepted in December and is not in the directory). Also last year some of those with IDs ended up waitlisted. Results will be out in at most a little over a week. Hang in there!

I tried my DS in the directory link above with just his last name first name and got a match. Unfortunately, there must be another student with his name that is classified as a sophomore. hmmm…
I thought he has enough credits to be a sophomore; that could be him, but it is not the right major… So we wait…
I don’t think the directory thing works. I know people from 3 different states that applied. I typed 17 students people who applied and none of their name showed up. Unless all 17 of us were denied.
My son is a student there now and isn’t in that directory. I wouldn’t read too much into it. Edited - I did finally find my student in the directory. However I can’t find my applicant and I feel sure she’ll get in, so don’t worry about it.
