YES! I came here to see if anyone else had it, too. But not only does it have the upload materials thing at both the top and bottom it also says my son’s midyear school report was received on 1/17/20 at 4:48 am. I just saw this now and my son is still sleeping so I don’t know if they sent him an email asking him to have his school send it in, or if they asked his guidance counselor directly? Or if the guidance counselor sent it in on her own? I know State requires a mid year report so I called last week and asked them if they needed the mid year report before decisions came out and was told no-they only need it after decisions come out. So I don’t know what this means. And it has me freaked out.
I also was bored last night so I went back in past threads to see when decisions came out. It seems to be all over the place. In 2016 it was 1/29, in 2017 it was 1/20, 2018 it was 1/22 and last year was 1/26. All seem to come out around 4:30-5:00 in the afternoon, except for last year which was around 9 am-maybe because it was a Saturday.
My daughter’s doesn’t show mid year report but now under transcripts it shows dates attended. Pretty sure that wasn’t there before.
My son’s transcript info has the dates too and honestly I have no idea if they were there before. Weird. The mid year report isn’t with the other checklist items with a green check mark. It’s under the upload materials blurb. After the part about disregarding if no documents were requested it says

Were mid year grades supposed to be submitted or is that if yo are deferred
My D20’s GC sends them automatically to all schools they sent a transcript to. I wouldn’t read too much into it if they are listed. If they aren’t listed but are needed just ask your GC to send them.
Yes-mid year grades are required for everyone. I was told they didn’t have to be submitted before decisions went out-in other words they didn’t use them to determine early action admission but they do require them if admitted or deferred. I assume if you’ve been denied they don’t care about them. That’s why I don’t get why they asked my son’s school to send them in now. Maybe he was so on the bubble they did want to see them before making a decision for early action? Idk.
That could be. Our guidance department isn’t very college oriented-rural county where not a lot of kids go to a 4 year university so I didn’t think they’d be on the ball with doing things on their own but that is a reasonable explanation.
My sons school isnt even finished with the first semester. We are in VA and they are done next Friday and grades dont become available until sometime the week of the 27th. There was one school where my son was deferred but you were able to self report and that just required a guess as what the final grade was for the semester.

My son applied OOS. It says decisions come out March 30. Just wondering if anyone knows if they do earlier admission for OOS as his other schools will be decided before then. Also, hoping to visit over spring break, but March 30 is too late.
EA decisions are out by January 30. I assume regular decision and those who are deferred will find out by end of March.
@ejmcacmc2020 I’m assuming he applied RD. Yes, notifications for RD are March 30th; EA applicants will be notified by January 30th.

Now that additional Upload Materials box is missing from the top and only found at the bottom again. Anyone else have that?
Yes my S portal was “fixed” of the double upload statement. Seems like they are preparing the servers for a large wave of visitors. My guess would be this Friday but we shall see.
