NC State is considering me out of state even though i'm in state?

<li>I have lived in NC for the past 6 years & attend NC schools</li>
<li>I pay state taxes</li>
<li>I have a visa</li>
<li>I am a permanent resident in NC</li>
</ul>

<p>They are considering me out of state because I don’t have a greencard and I am not a citizen here…does anyone know what i can do? ><</p>

<p>yea it sucks ik…but u have to be a permanent citizen(green card holder)…you slound try applying for green card or go to a community college.</p>
