which is the better school for computer science?

NC State is instate and UMASS is OOS.

I cannot choose. Help

Admission to the major? If not, how difficult is it to get into the major?

I hope you stayed in-state for NC State. It would make no sense for a North Carolinian to go OOS to UMass when there are better in-state schools for a lower price.
