<p>Sure, lots of them. Schools are actively looking for kids who achieved despite unfavorable socioeconomic backgrounds.</p>
<p>Yup, gives other races lots of advantages over people more academically skilled than them and boots a lot of top students out of contention for programs in favor of less skilled students.</p>
