Need-blondness for internationals? and how long for rolling decision to appear?

<p>is UMich need blind for internationals?</p>

<p>and how long does it take usually to receive an admission decision? i read a few threads and it seems like it only takes a month… so if i apply in august (earliest time possible?), and my stats are good (2300+, 4.0), would i be able to receive a decision in september/early october?</p>

Michigan doesn’t give FinAid to internationals, so it doesn’t matter.</p>
