<p>Last summer, I volunteered for the Universiade as a city volunteer in metro station. My tasks were assisting with passengers in informing people had no change for TVM (tickets vending machine) to the service center and guiding them using auto gates correctly. However, my volunteer work was not always smooth because not everyone had a good state of mind when confronted with trouble. Once a man kicked the TVM indignantly since it swallowed his coins but no tickets went out. Admittedly anyone who damages public property must subject to blame, yet I should not censure him with indignation as his manner. Severe attitude may cause the incident more terrible. Considering his delay was our machines fault, I criticized him moderately and asked the staff to solve his problem. Thereby his emotion calmed down and apologized for his behavior. This volunteer experience can not only help others but also strengthen my skill in interaction with others from meeting various people everyday.</p>
