Need essay help for my son, Please

<p>I was told that I could get essay help here. It would be greatly appreciated. It is for a scholarship given out at my sons school by one of the former guidance counselors. The topic is favorite teacher. I have tried to help him with others, but due to lack of sleep this week, I haven’t been able to help with this one. THANKYOU in advance!</p>

<p>When I was a freshman coming into Westwood High School, I was terrified. I thought that high school was going to be impossible and that the lessons wouldn’t make any sense. And when I walked into Mr. Richard’s class, I just knew I was right. My worst fears had come true, or so I thought. I didn’t understand anything. In middle school I had excelled in science but now all of a sudden I just didn’t get it. Then something happened, and it started to make sense. Mr. Richards helped me to get rid of my fears. Ever since that time, he has supported me and made me realize my intelligence.<br>
Just recently I was talking to him about how stressed out I was. I needed to work on scholarships, to study for American Government, and my 2 hours between school and work was going to be spent writing a speech. And he just said, “Well, it’s a good thing you’re smart enough to handle all of that.” He gave me so much confidence. I thought, yeah, I can do it. And everything worked out just fine.
I have had Mr. Richards as a teacher for 6 out of 8 semesters here at Westwood. He really challenges me and makes me feel ready for college. He is really funny and he is the smartest guy that I have ever met. He doesn’t “spoon feed us” the information, he helps us to learn it on our own, and have independence in preparation for college.
Another example of his help occurred today. We had just begun a new chapter in physics class. The class had just started and I didn’t understand the new material. Then he called me in front of the class to do on of the problems. I had no clue how to do it and I was very embarrassed and even a little bit angry. But it gave me the motivation I needed to figure it out. Now, a few hours later, I understand this new chapter.
So when I think about it, he has helped me not only with science, but has taught me to rely on and to trust in myself.</p>
