<p>Were you using Windows 7 maybe? I think when they first released the self-printers, they did it pre-Windows 7. I know they did that with the PittNet CDs which was a huge fail for kids whose laptops were running Windows 7 and therefore incompatible. But I think it should work now…I haven’t tried it myself, but my roommate used it last year without any problems.</p>
