What does she do to work out. If she’s a runner a flip belt for her phone, road id, something reflective for when it’s dark outside. Good socks (they are expensive), Bluetooth headphones (I love mine).
My D does cross fit and I got her a special pair of cross fit shoes that she really likes. Bikers seem to have an infinite need for stuff lol!
