Need Guidance Selecting Colleges

Hello everyone! I’m a rising senior in need of help.

Location : U.S. terrotories (pacific) living for over 10 years; fluent in english
SAT: 2070 (CR:630 M: 710 W:730)
GPA: uw 3.95/4.0
Rank: 8/350
School : Public school, only handful of students attend U.S. college every year
Race/Ethnicity : Korean (non us citizen)
SAT II : Bio (690) - Planning on Math II, Physics, US History
AP: US Gov (4) Bio History (3) ; very little offered
Major : Computer Science
Financial : divorced dad providing full tuition ~$200,000

I know my scores are poor and am planning to retake on november/ december. But I want to start searching colleges for now. I am thinking USC/UCB/UCLA and UIUC.
What will be my reach/match/safety colleges?

Also, retake the tests earlier than Nov/Dec if at all possible. That late a test date will limit your chances for applying EA or ED to some schools.

Is there any chance you can do some college visits? That would help you narrow down what kind of school you are looking for and would fit you.
