<p>Hello! I’d really appreciate it if someone could tell me a few things:</p>

<li><p>I’m applying online; does MSIE need a “statement concerning your proposed program of graduate study” & “a scholarly writing sample”? </p></li>
<li><p>Can I send scanned copies of ALL my documents including transcripts, GRE/ TOEFL test scores, application to the concerned person or do some documents have to be mailed? If yes, which ones?</p></li>
</ol>
<p>I can’t think of much else at this point, but I’d love to hear any other tips or advice!</p>
