Need Help ASAP - Did I just dig a hole around me?

So, I have a 31 ACT and SAT 2 scores that aren’t even worth mentioning (<700 on all of them).

I’m signed up to take the SAT 2s again in January for the last time, but I already sent in my scores (signed up on registration) for my terrible December scores.

I’m applying to top schools, many of which will take the ACT in replacement of SATs. So, my question is — Even though I have sent in the scores, can I call and ask them not to consider my SAT 2 scores and just use my ACT as a replacement?

sure call them. I know many schools say they will see whether the ACT or the SAT will benefit you the most and use it.

Great. I’ll call them tomorrow. I suspect they are still on break.

I was afraid that, since I sent them in already, they wouldn’t ignore them. I was having a really bad week >_>.

actually, you should try calling today. cause I needed to call one of my colleges and they were open yesterday. so maybe the admissions office is open today.

Okay. I’ll call…well, right now.

I’ve called three already, and they have all said that they will still look and consider that SAT Subject tests…including my favorite, UChicago.

I know that, UChicago for instance, doesn’t accept Jan SAT, but if I send it in anyways, will they look at it? If I rush it…
